Optimise flow

In a 2 hour online session I will support you to

  • release whatever is blocking you
  • be inspired and energised again
  • know exactly what action is needed
  • have a tool to use when you're feeling blocked in the future
  • experience how your unique strengths give you power


Two 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute break, followed by a 15 minute debrief.

On rare occasions, one follow-up coaching session may be necessary.

Your preparation:

- a specific situation in your life where you need help to move forward

- an open-mind and a quiet space where you won't be interrupted and can offer your full attention

- the intention to share your thoughts and feelings
