- support employees to contribute to a business in their own unique way


According to the Gallup Employee Engagement Survey from 2024,

$8.9 trillion is lost in global GDP due to low engagement.

The missed opportunity for individuals to make a meaningful contribution in their work (with the positive impact on their mental health) is what is most saddening.

I provide 1to1 support to owners or leaders of SMEs who are curious how to draw on the wisdom of nature to support their business to thrive.


I draw on my extensive experience transitioning from working in companies from startups to large corporates that follow the mechanistic paradigm to founding businesses that draw on the wisdom of nature.

I continue to evolve my business, Business Unusual; cocreated the Earthaconter Community in 2022; and started the naturebeing movement in 2023.

These experiences and decades working in traditional organisations has informed and continues to inspire me with the power of reconnecting to nature.

It gives leaders the wisdom, confidence and self-belief to make decisions when uncertainty and volatility can make the risk seem overwhelming.
