Grow Back Strong Community

Join a community of professionals who are saying

no more to being crushed as a cost of doing business

Be inspired by the opportunity that emerges when you 'compost' your challenging work experience.

Too many people run away from difficult experiences in businesses and suppress the difficult feelings that come with it - betrayal, shame, humiliation, anger, helplessness. They get stuck in the injustice and trying to think their way around the problem.

Post traumatic growth shows us how you can grow something beautiful from any difficult experience.

In this community, you are not alone - everyone has experienced bad treatment at work and so they understand what it is like.

We don't dwell on the bad experiences but seek opportunities to celebrate the positive growth that comes up.

The community offers the following:

• Workers Anonymous - a weekly online gathering/drop-in (Friday afternoon)

• Online community to call on when you need a helping hand

• Advice on how to put into practice the Grow Back Strong principles

• 4 fixed 1to1 trouble shooting slots available to the whole community
